About me

Hi, I'm a passionate Games Design and Programming student that loves creating and playing games. I range from programming different system types to creating levels and want to create experiences that people will remember.

Background

I've been playing games since I was a young child and have never stopped since. As I grew up I became more interested with how the games I loved were created and trying to create similar experiences myself.

I'm currently a student at the University of Staffordshire where I am studying Games Design and Programming. Over the three years I have been here I have created many different prototypes such as a zombie wave survival game whilst learning different aspects of programming and design such as AI, mechanics design, multiplayer using Net code for Unity and much more.

Horror is and always will be my favorite genre of game as I grew up watching people play horror games and it is my dream to make a successful horror game. VR has also been a major interest of mine since 2019 when I got my first headset.

Developing History

My journey in game development first began in my A Levels when I programmed Monopoly in C#.

Since then, I have mainly been developing all sorts of small games and prototypes as a part of my university course, two of which were team projects where I focused on mechanics programming and player interactions.

Whilst I mainly use Unity and C#, I have recently started learning C++ and Unreal Engine so I can start creating games with that as well.

Currently, I am working on creating my own horror game that aims to provide an immersive experience through atmospheric design and interesting gamepay mechanics.
